VISION

The vision of DRM is simply to encourage the church and to evangelize the lost. This can be broken down into three main areas:


-First, Doug's evangelism and missions ministry takes him all over the world on short-term crusade and outreach assignments. In addition to preaching, Doug also leads teams of adults and of students overseas. Their ministry includes mass evangelism events, street ministry, church ministry and Book of Hope distributions. School assemblies both in the United States and other Countries are also a part of the evangelism ministry.

-Second, The ministry of "equipping the church for works of service" takes up much of his calendar. Through church services, camps conventions and weekend discipleship retreats a message of maturity and unlimited growth potential is communicated. The vision is that of a healthy and free church. A church who has "been hurt, but who has also been healed." Doug often says that the pain we go through in life simply "qualifies" us to touch a hurting world.

-Finally, Doug has a strong ministry to the current and future generation of leaders. He often speaks in leadership conferences, retreats, bible colleges and in Master Commissions. He has been refined in the fire of personal experience and has a real respect and humility toward the leadership offices. The combination of the two makes his message incredibly effective.
